Laboratory dosing machines

The dosing machine is used to fill liquid or creamy products such as gels, creams, etc. into jars or bottles. 

It is powered by compressed air. Product dosage is easily selected via a handwheel and counter on the rear of the machine.

The machine can be operated in manual mode, via a pneumatic foot pedal, or in automatic mode. The various components are linked via tri-clamp connections, making disassembly for cleaning and maintenance quick and easy.

  • Parts in direct contact with product in AISI 316 stainless steel
  • Dosing volume from 10 to 1000 ml 
  • Version available for filling up to 2500 ml as well as 5000 ml
  • Table top or on wheels with brakes
  • Hopper with agitator
  • Heated hopper
  • Pedal for pulse dosing

 

Pace :

  • Up to 10 cycles per minute, or 600 cycles per hour. 

The filler is used to fill powdered products.
